What will happen next:
An email has been sent to CCA's support staff alerting them of your passing grade.
Login to our membership area and create your directory listing if you haven't done so already. If not, login into http://ccasite.org/members to add your listing so that your certification will show on our website.
You will receive the Board Certified Credit Consultant Certificate and logo in an email within 2-7 days usually done on Thursdays and Fridays. You can use the logo for promotional purposes. If you purchased the printed certificate to be mailed to your home or office, this will be mailed within 30 days. However, you will still receive your digital certificate within 10 days. Make sure you check your spam or trash folder.
If you have not received your certificate within 7 days or if you purchased a shipped one within 15 days you received your digital version, it is best to send an email directly to our certification department at certificates@ccasite.org than to call us. Why? This is because we will do the same e.g. submit a ticket BUT you can speed this process up and it will be much faster.
You have the option to receive an additional certificate with the title "Certified Credit Repair Specialist." that will never expire for $37. If you want this certification and certificate, just click here to get it after receiving your BCCC certificate. You can also click here: http://ccasite.org/members/product/credit-repair-specialist-certificate/ Keep in mind that this is also a certification and required third-party verification that the BCCC has been properly taken. Therefore, it can take 1 to 10 days to receive this certificate after receiving your BCCC certificate. Also to speed up the process, send an email to certificates@ccasite.org after you have purchased this certification and add your order number.
