Morgan Paige Shorts is an author, poet, and entrepreneur who specializes in teaching financial literacy to youth ages 8-18 years old. Morgan enjoys giving back to her community, which inspired her to start her own credit consulting business, Dwelling Inside LLC to guide and consult adults in building & fixing their personal credit. Morgan spent the first few years of adulthood as a young mom, struggling to make ends meet. She worked multiple jobs at a time to provide for her young daughter. In 2015, Morgan moved back to her hometown of Columbus, Ohio to get back on her feet. Not shortly after she was forced into homelessness in what may seem like turmoil she found her purpose in serving her community. Since then, Morgan has engaged in multiple personal & professional development trainings to ensure the success of a non-profit she desires to lead. Morgan hopes to operate a homeless shelter and youth center combined, that will tailor to building the futures of youth, young adults, and the elderly population. She enjoys nurturing her young daughter and performing poetry at local open mic nights in Northeast, Ohio.
