About Amit Gandhi, MBA, CAPP™, CWPP™, CMPS™

Amit has an exceptional understanding of the financial markets and how economic reports can impact the mortgage industry. Amit graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a Major in Finance. He was also one of the very few within the State of Texas to meet the standards to achieve the designations to meet the rigorous standards of The Wealth Preservation Institute (Benton, MI) as a Certified Wealth Preservation Planner™ (CWPP™) and Certified Protection Planner™ (CAPP™)

In 2010, Amit decided to take on his next challenge of retiring from his Independent Insurance Brokerage and entering into the Banking Industry. In addition to his existing experience, He attended the Investment Banking Institute (New York, NY) to complete the Institute’s Certification in Comprehensive Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis. The Program is an extensive program registered and accredited by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, NASBA) and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP™) board.

In 2011 Amit decided to continue furthering his education and began pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration, where he graduated in May of 2013 as part of the National Honors Society (Epsilon Omega Epsilon).

Post-graduation, He turned his entire focus and time in Mortgage Banking, where he excelled proficiently as a Private Client Group Specialist and as fulfilling the new position as Builder Sales Manager and taking on the duties of establishing a Builder Division in the DFW Metroplex. (held as the nation’s largest mortgage bank), where he successfully built and joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in Frisco, TX.

His business model was to advocate for his clients, to teach the benefits of homeownership, and take a practical approach to whether assisting First Time Home Buyers, New Home Builders, or Our Wealth Mgmt. / Private Client Group, Amit was always known for his ability to decipher complex situations to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. During his time with the institution, Amit took on a challenge to pursue an intensive course to obtain a highly sought-after designation known as the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS®). The achievement also comes with a level of standards that implements the five primary topics in addition to an adherence to a strict code of professional ethics (more information is available at http://www.CMPSInstitute.org): [Test score: 98/100]

Amit has continued his career and even expanded as a financial professional. As a client advocate for proper future and insurance risk planning to host seminars for those seeking unbiased guidance. Through this, Amit built a signature personal brand and a voice for the consumers through knowledge and clarity of today’s financial and insurance concerns for all individuals.
