Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting the CCA Website and reviewing our privacy policy.

Accessing Public Sections of the CCA Website
Like most web servers on the Internet, our servers collect and store all of the information that your web browser sends when it requests a web page, including the name, domain, and numerical internet address of the "host" computer (typically a computer belonging to your Internet Service Provider and not your personal computer) from which you access the Internet; the date and time you accessed our site; the Internet address of the web page that you came from; the page you requested from our site and the number of characters sent to your computer; and the information your web browser software sends as its so-called "User Agent," which typically identifies the browser software and may also indicate the operating system and type of CPU used in your personal computer. It is impossible to determine the actual identity of an individual user from this information. The logs are periodically summarized and analyzed in order to study site usage over time and to perform other studies to help us improve the site's organization, performance, and usefulness. We do not track or record information about individuals and their visits. You do not have to give us personal information to visit our site. We do not give, sell or transfer any personal information to a third party.

Accessing Member Only Sections of the CCA Website
Unlike the public sections of the CCA website, your entry into the "Member" pages of the website is monitored, reviewed and analyzed by CCA. We do not give, sell or transfer this information to any third party except as necessary to operate the CCA website or to enforce our legal rights.

Submission of Information
The material you submit in the CCA "Member" pages of the website may be edited, or rejected in its entirety, at the sole discretion of CCA. All material submitted may be seen by various people and organizations and has no expectation of privacy. Material submitted is anonymous to users, except CCA and its website maintenance personnel, and will not be attributed to the submitting party without consent. All material submitted becomes the property of CCA.

Cookies
A "cookie" is a small file that a Web site transfers to your computer's hard disk allowing our server to "remember" specific information about your session. While visiting the CCA site you may occasionally encounter a Web page that employs cookies to make it easier to use the dynamic features of these Web pages. The cookie and the information about your session will be destroyed automatically shortly after you close your browser-it is not permanently stored on your computer. You can set your browser to disable cookies or prompt you before a cookie is accepted. If you do not want to receive cookies, you will still be able to use the CCA site, but will be unable to use cookie-dependent features.

Personally Provided Information
If you choose to provide us with personal information by sending an email, or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it through our Web site, we use that information to respond to your message and to help us provide you with information or material that you request.

Electronic Mail
When you send us personal identifying information via e-mail (that is, in a message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a form that e-mails us this information), we use it to respond to your requests. We do not retain or distribute lists of e-mail addresses to any parties outside of CCA except as required by law or with your consent. In no event, do we distribute lists of e-mail addresses for commercial purposes. Electronic mail is not secure. Therefore, we suggest that you don't send personal information to us via email. We will only send you general information via email.

Links
Our website contains links to other organizations. These websites are not within our control and may not follow the same privacy, security, or accessibility policies. Once you link to another site you are subject to the policies of that site.

Content Accuracy, Completeness, and Usability
We make every effort to provide and maintain accurate, complete, usable, and timely information on our website. These data and information are provided with the understanding that they are not guaranteed to be correct or complete. Users are cautioned to consider carefully the nature of these data and information before using them for personal decisions or the conduct of business that involves monetary or operational consequences. Conclusions drawn from, or actions undertaken on the basis of, such data and information are the sole responsibility of the user.
