Added users have their own account but limited access to membership benefits, and must go through the main member to access training manuals, support, and the credit help desk. Their dashboard is limited but allows them to take the exam, have their name in the directory, and utilize membership discounts. When signing up, please make sure you use separate email addresses. Even though the account is linked to the main member, it is still separate and cannot be accessed from the main member account.
