She has assisted businesses, consulting firms and corporations in developing and implementing strategies designed to better manage their everyday services. She holds a degree in Business. Sharonda has been in the financial services industry for over 14 years. In the industry she has developed a working knowledge of programs as well as laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures.
She has also worked to process commercial and residential loans, as well as having experience in loan servicing, loss mitigation, and foreclosure services. During her career she has monitored servicer performance and compliance with terms of business related to investor reporting, while ensuring investor satisfaction is maintained and the servicer level of standard is achieved. She has also monitored servicer reporting, cash flow and credit risk.
Sharonda prides herself on being a strong listener. She carefully identifies each client needs and goals and formulates a customized strategy to insure each client’s needs are met. She then monitors each client progress and provides regular and reliable contact including in-person reviews. The services that she provides are personal and in depth and offer clients industry leading resources and materials, assisting them in pursuing their financial goals. During her time in the financial industry she has worked for some of the biggest financial institutions and firms in the United States. Such as: Countrywide Home Loans, Small Business Administration, Wells Fargo, Freddie Mac, and many more.

Being well aware of the Fair Credit Reporting Act consumer rights and regulations, he has solved more than hundreds of personal and business credit-related cases. With his proficiency in the field of credit, he is determined to promote the credit culture and takes positive steps into spreading financial literacy in traditional and nontraditional media. His cultural activities include series of radio shows which are broadcasted through KIRN Radio Station 670AM and publishing various articles through the Persian media in the United States.
